In general we recommend the 28mm size for Dios up to 110cc and the 36mm for Dios 110cc+

Every SmartCarb ships pre-adjusted specifically for the Dio for which it is ordered. Please provide information in the forms below about any engine/exhaust modifications and what fuel selection and oil premix ratio you use.

This SC2 SmartCarb replaces a stock or modified Honda Dio carburetor. It is a precision metering instrument that provides extremely fine fuel atomization, precise mixture control, and air density compensation in a single circuit, jet-less fuel system.

Fitment Information

This SmartCarb requires an aftermarket intake flange/manifold, throttle cable, and air filter kit. Any Honda Dio compatible intake flange/manifold, throttle cable, and air filter designed for use with the 28mm Keihin PWK or 36/38mm Keihin PWK is compatible with SmartCarbs of similar size.

The 28mm SC2 SmartCarb for Honda Dio requires a 35mm ID (inner diameter) intake flange/manifold and a 50mm ID (inner diameter) air filter (if used) for proper fitment. Fit kit components are available through Scooter Swap Shop:

S23 Big Valve Manifold
S23 Throttle Cable (required 90 degree throttle cable guide included with your purchase)
S23 Air Filter Kit (50mm size – NOT compatible with the 63.5mm Bell Adapter option)

The 36mm SC2 SmartCarb for Honda Dio requires a 46mm ID (inner diameter) intake flange/manifold for proper fitment. View the 36mm SC2 SmartCarb Dimensional Guide to assess fitment. Engine-side and filter-side spigot dimensions below:
