This SC2 model SmartCarb replaces the stock carburetor in Yamaha YZ490 and IT490 dirt bikes, offering crisp, snappy performance and greater fueling consistency.

Select the model of  your 490cc Yamaha. Bike Model selection determines the size of SC2 SmartCarb included in the kit. Orders for YZ490s include the 40mm size SC2 SmartCarb, while orders for IT490s include the 38mm size SC2 SmartCarb. Kit components are listed in the Fitment Information tab below.

Every SmartCarb ships pre-adjusted specifically for the bike for which it is ordered. Please provide information in the forms below about any engine/exhaust modifications, how you ride (riding style), and what fuel selection and oil premix ratio you use.
