The all-new SC3 model SmartCarb kit is compatible with stock or modified (big bore) Kawasaki KLX140 4-stroke dirt bikes, offering crisp, clean throttle response, substantial performance gains, and unparalleled ease of use.

Choose the 26mm SC3 & Fit Kit option if replacing the stock carburetor in a stock bore KLX140. Choose the 28mm SC3 & Fit Kit option if replacing the stock carburetor in 170cc-220cc big bore setup. Forego the Fit Kit option if replacing an aftermarket carburetor of similar size (26mm SC3 replacing a Mikuni VM26/VM28 OR 28mm SC3 replacing a Keihin PWK28)

The Fit Kit option (kit components listed in the Fitment Information tab below) is required when replacing the stock carburetor. 28mm SC3s ordered without the Fit Kit ship with a 50mm (2 inch) filter-side spigot diameter (same as the Keihin PWK28).

Fitment Information

The 26mm SC3 and 28mm SC3 both accept the stock throttle cable. Aftermarket throttle cables that work with similarly sized aftermarket carburetors like the Keihin PWK28 are also compatible.
